Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the infringing material and its location on our site; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; (6) your physical or electronic signature. Send to our designated agent via the Contact page with subject "DMCA Takedown."

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted by the DMCA. Include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may forward counter-notifications to the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
