Rules for posting listings on XoXoGals

By posting on XoXoGals, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, or termination of your account.

Prohibited Content

Do not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, or that infringes others’ rights. Do not post content involving minors. All users and persons depicted must be 18 or older. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules or applicable law.

Photos & Media

You must have the right to use any images or media you upload. Content must accurately represent your listing. Do not use others’ photos or media without permission.

Enforcement

We may remove listings, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate accounts when we become aware of violations. Repeated or serious violations can result in permanent bans. Report concerns via our Contact page.
